Retainer for services plan.
You contract with us to do your updates, send us a retainer that is equal to 5 hours of work. We do your work as you send it, billed to the minute with a 15 minute minimum per request, at a lower than normal hourly rate. You get a special project management space so that you do not have to send bloated emails, and you can keep track of the various requests you send. It works great and it is our preferred maintenance plan. Work is done within 5 business days.
