Our Rates:

Designing your web site is an individual experience. Each client is interviewed to develop a knowledge of what is desired and needed for their web site, and then a quote is given.

 

These rates are to give you some idea as to what it may cost to create your site. Our hourly rate is $65/hr for X/HTML/CSS coding, and $75/hr for graphic design, database/programming/scripting work

 

Minimum design/development charge: $1000
What this includes:

• Your initial in-depth site need analysis
• the planning and organization of the site structure
• color scheme development
• navigation design
• style sheets
• up to three site design concepts for you to choose from for your site
• as many pages as can be done with remaining hours of the initial $1000, at $65/hr (usually 4-6 pages from chosen concept)

 

 

This price is meant to give you an idea of what the minimum charge will be for a web site.

 

Shopping cart setup, static or database driven: This varies widely depending on your exact needs, server setup, cart selected, number of products, complexity of products, complexity of credit card processing, and so many factors. the average ecommerce site that we create starts at $1500. There are lower priced options, and we would need to talk to you about your exact requirements.

Pages that you can update text and photos/images from your web browser: $250+

Set-up of client purchased Realty Manager from Interactive tools: $200+

Photo/Catalog Scans and retouch/prep for web: $1-10 per image

Search and Purchase of Royalty free images for your site: $cost per image, plus hourly search fee.

Flash Intro Page/Movie: $350 +

Flash Web Site: 5 "pages", one short contact form, (no intro/movie) $2200+

Flash element to put on page: $150+

Flash Video quoted per project.

 

All content needs to be supplied in text format on disk (pc), one disk/file per page.Images to be supplied by client in .jpg or .gif format such as logos, graphics and pictures of your product. Image editing is done at hourly rate. All images to be used must be supplied in web ready size. Scanning is not included, we can scan photos for you fro an hourly charge.

 

If you have no logo at all ready, we can create a great one for you.

 

We also offer graphic design services, to create your complete print design package. which is the logo, for print and for web, and a layout of letterhead, business cards and envelopes, and any other colllateral needed. All custom graphic design work is done on a hourly fee rate. Please contact us on these prices.
