Need your site updated with new products? Or information? We have a number of ways we can work with you.
Pay as you go plan.
This is mainly for web sites that only need updating on occassion. We charge our normal hourly rate, and we will estimate the amount needed prior to starting work. You will need to make a payment for time before we will start on the work. If we did not design your site, we will need to download your site files locally, and wade through someone else's code. That takes a minimum of 1 hour, so updating your site will most likely take longer than the one hour payment. Once we have all of your site files, the minimum is 1/2 hour. We'll have the work done within 1 week of payment.
Retainer for services plan.
If you have regular updates, or want a plan that gets you a better
hourly rate, you should inquire about our Retainer plan. How does
it work? You contract with us to do your updates, send us a retainer
that is equal to 5 hours of work. We do your work as you send it,
billed to the minute with a 20 minute minimum per request, at a lower
than normal hourly rate. You get a special project management space
so that you do not have to send bloated emails, and you can keep
track of the various requests you send. It works great and it is
our preferred maintenance plan. Work is done within 5 business days.

Subscription plan.
For the power updater! You sign up for a set amount of hours a
month via a subscription. The hourly rate is drastically reduced
from our regular rate. You are billed to the minute with a minimum
of 20 minutes per request. The hours are not rolled over to the
next month, it is "use it or lose it". At the great rate,
it is worth it if you have alot of work. We can do an estimate
and also adjust the amount of hours up or down. If you go over
in a month, you will be billed for the overage. Work is done within
5 business days, and we can work to schedule an "update" day
every week. Great price, great work.
